Experience
Fifth Light Advisory is a professional services firm owned and led by Frank Byrne: I spent three decades on Wall Street as a credit specialist, direct lender & international portfolio manager, securitized products expert, leader, and manager of up to 100+ bankers internationally. I built significant businesses within large institutions and downsized several during the great financial crisis. My teams have won numerous industry awards.
After my career in finance, I was drawn to the startup ecosystem via angel investing, which led to advising, coaching, and board positions. I enjoy the excitement of working with growing businesses and problem solving their unique issues.
I have a macro view of economic events as well as an ability to focus on immediate issues. And I have a passion for building the circular and sustainable economy of the future.
